in a variety of ways. Ranging from support with improving Teaching and Learning,
creating a clear strategy for ensuring equality and diversity is delivered,
developing exciting and engaging curriculums to supporting leaders with using
data to move schools forward. Apex Education can provide personalised support
for a long, medium or short term period. Services can be used in preparation for
Ofsted inspections, or to improve school standards after an Ofsted
inspection.Training sessions are also available to develop the professional
development of all members of staff. As the founder of Apex Education, Rachel
works with schools and educational settings, which are seeking to raise their
standards, develop staff and systems and deliver outstanding teaching to their
pupils. Having initially embarked on a career in television production and print
journalism, Rachel then had the desire to take her creativity and innovation
into the classroom. With a career spanning classroom teaching, through to senior
leadership, Rachel is a "passionate, dedicated and inspirational educator, who
strives for success with children and adults". Rachel is a forward thinking
motivator, who inspires success with those she has worked with and has used her
past experience to set realistic and personalised targets for schools that have
