The Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) is the probably the oldest independent membership-led professional body for global clinical researchers. For over 40 years, The Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) has provided high quality training, networking and support to the clinical research community. For many Members the Institute has been part of their life throughout their working careers, many have been with the Institute since its first incarnation as the ACRPI. It is the membership that makes the Institute. How does it all work ? The Institute of Clinical Research is you, the Membership governed by the Articles of Memorandum drawn up by the founding members. The Board is made up of members who give their time freely to guide the future direction of the ICR. The ICR Secretariat is the administrative arm of the Institute, its primary focus is to ensure that the wishes of the Board and Membership are carried out and to see to the day to day tasks that any membership organisation generates. Our Mission The ICR exists to support our members through all stages of their careers. We do this, in part, by: Defining and refining standards for our profession Providing a forum for discussion of key issues impacting clinical research Promoting good relations with other healthcare related groups Providing opportunities for learning and development to enhance professional competence Enhancing public confidence and understanding of clinical research

At EarthCraftuk we have over 12 years experience delivering a variety of nature based programmes including: Forest School Leader Training, Woodland Skills Continued Professional Development Workshops, school visits, youth accredited engagement programmes and experiential Forest School programmes; witnessing first-hand the transformational effects experiences in the natural world can have on the physical and mental health and wellbeing of all participants, and the fulfilling career paths it can often open up for adult participants. At a time when we on average spend 90% of our time indoors, our work at Earthcraftuk is driven by the evidenced impact of being in nature. Green spaces promote physical activity, social interaction, exposure to sunlight and reduced pollution, which all boost health in various ways, including reduced levels of stress and anxiety, aided sleep and a feeling of connectedness with the world, and one another. We have trained over 400 participants on Forest School qualification programmes; worked with a number of community groups; supported school and youth experiential and accredited programmes and also developed a Campfire Management Award for Kent County Council and now also working with Veterans on our Health & Wellbeing programme called Veteran Trees We are very grateful to use stunning private woodland owned by the Dawes family of Mount Ephraim Gardens – a philanthropic family who support our mission.

Having all originally worked at platforms that were subsidiaries of asset management groups, their vision was to create an investment platform that put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Dedicated to delivering a leading wealth management service are our highly experienced Board, Executive Team and Sales Team. Novia's board is chaired by Mark Winlow, an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director in the financial services sector whose other roles include Ageas and Starling Bank. Our board also includes: Peter Cartwright (non-exec) - partner and Head of Private Equity at AnaCap, who brings extensive experience across the financial services sector, where he has operated throughout his career in an executive and non-executive capacity. Robert Massey (non-exec) - a managing director at AnaCap focusing on business services. He joined AnaCap from Oliver Wyman, where he was a Principal in the Financial Services practice. Ken Fry (independent non-exec) – brings considerable experience in financial services technology having been the CTO and latterly COO of Aberdeen Investment Management. Jane Dale (independent non-exec) – an experienced former finance director for several financial services business and currently a non-executive director for a range of financial service providers. Jane is chair of the Novia Audit & Risk Committee.
