How do I attend?

EITHER -
CLASSROOM OPTION - Attend one of our scheduled classroom locations, completing your Introduction to Phlebotomy Course over 2 days. You will also complete your Advanced Training at the end of the first day and your Competency Training at the end of the second day.

Our Introduction to Phlebotomy and Advanced Phlebotomy Training Kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available to add at time of booking. Our comprehensive training kits each mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video tutorials, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

OR -

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for a one day Zoom session to complete your Introduction to Phlebotomy virtual classroom training, followed by your Advanced Training in the evening of the same day. You have the option to add a classroom-based competency session, awarding a CPD Accredited Geopace Certificate of Competency, at time of booking.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your introductory course and one for your advanced course. Kits are included at no charge (normally £79.95 each) and are yours to keep and to continue to practice with after you have finished your courses. Qigong is breathwork (Qi is Breath), it is an amazing way of opening and clearing the body, of making space for our healthy energy to flow. It allows us to stay relaxed and receptive without forcing or pushing. It is easy to learn and naturally attuned to your individual body and how it wants to expand, release and recharge.
Breathwork is simply bringing our conscious attention to our breath and is one of the most powerful ways we have to change our state at any given moment. This live on-line training seminar provides an introduction for anyone who wants to learn more about the complex nature of domestic abuse. From spotting the early warning signs to the impact.  Sadly domestic abuse can be perpetrated by anyone and anyone can be a victim of domestic abuse.  It is a global societal issue and far more prevalent than many of us realise.
Latest statistics state that over £2.3 million people (aged 16 years and over) experience domestic abuse per year.
This equates to 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men

Fundamentals and Classics
Every Weds 6.30-7.30pm (UK time) from 26 Sept - 12 Dec (no class 17 Oct)
This autumn, we will be going back to exploring fundamental functions and relationships within our selves and our movement through the Feldenkrais Method, encountering classic lessons and discovering new ways to understand ourselves in action.
Each week we will encounter a different function or aspect that is key to our sense of being able to move with ease and freedom through our lives. For instance, we will explore our ability to turn through our spine, to round, extend or bend, as well as enlarging our repertoire of possibilities - looking to move with pleasure and reversibility. 
The first few lessons will explore Fundamental Functions. There will be an early 'half-term' the week of 17th Oct, and then the following weeks we will move through a series of outstanding Classic lessons, that will be useful to return to for yourself.
Audio recordings of each class are available afterwards, so you don't have to attend the class in person, if you can't make that evening.

We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. The mindfulness practices include guided meditations and some gentle movement.&nbsp;</p><p style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);"><strong fr-original-style="" style="font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box;">What is home practice?&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);">Each week we learn a new practice together during the session and participants are given an audio recording of that practice to complete at home. This is because it takes 8 weeks of consistent practice for the benefits of mindfulness to take place. To really get the most out of this course, participants are advised to make space for home practice.
