I’m fascinated by the different means we all use to communicate with others, and how we strive to overcome the blocks we encounter in our attempts to hear and be heard by others.” — RACHEL GODFREY I'm also a qualified and experienced Creative Writing for Wellbeing facilitator, offering interactive courses and workshops for adults, as well as one-to-one mentoring. I create and hold a space where participants can take creative and emotional risks to express themselves on the page in short (5-25 minute) bursts of 'live' spontaneous writing (poetry, narrative, prose-poetry, autobiographical fiction, memoir, and other forms), in response to a range of prompts. Participants can choose to share their writing and/or to discuss their reflections on the writing process, knowing that anything they do share will be held supportively. I constantly marvel at the diverse pieces generated by a single prompt and a time limit, and it’s a privilege to witness people grow in confidence as they entrust themselves, their writing and their creative process to the group. I have a background in ELT / TESOL (English Language Teaching / Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and I’ve been a published author in this field for about 15 years. This work draws on my years of experience as a teacher and teacher trainer, and satisfies my deep interest in the patterns, sounds, and nuances of meaning of English.

We are a UK Film & TV Agency specialising in “on the move” filming. This ranges from a routes library of film-friendly driving routes, consultancy services, training and a talent agency service. For each route through our library, we offer 4K dash cam footage (front & rear footage in day and night views), a digital map and supporting documents for the locations team on the day. We are innovating the way in which we scout for “on the move” locations. We hope to also increase the training offered & level of knowledge in this area among film crew Oliver Laurenson-Gore – Location Manager & Scout set up Location Routes in early 2022 after his experience of working on PIRATES (BFI/BBC Films) back in 2019 & 2020. This roadtrip from North to Central London involving a car being the central aspect of the film. made him understand the challenges of “filming on the move”. He often found from his own experience that it was challenging to show Directors and other creatives involved suitable roads without recording the route. There was also a number of times in his career that he had to change the route last minute which has caused additional stress and wasted shooting time. Why offer this service and is it needed? Think of how many Film & TV shows that have any form of vehicles driving or stunt scenes on roads…it’s most shows! Roads are getting more difficult to find with more lane reduction programmes and cycle lanes in cities and towns across the UK. Our training programme has been designed by lock fitters from Titan Vehicle Locks Ltd themselves to provide full training to encompass the whole process to successfully complete the fitting of security locks to vehicles using the knowledge built up from years of completing lock and accessory fittings. Comprehensive Training Unlike other training available we do not limit the products to one manufacturer but instead provide training on a large range of products from a number of different manufacturers. The training programme will cover all aspects from choosing the correct lock type for the vehicle/owner requirements all the way to the actual fitting of security locks both in theory and in practice without having to use your own vehicle as the test subject. By designing the programme from start to finish using our experiences we can ensure you leave not just knowing how to fit security locks and accessories but how to overcome difficulties, what equipment is needed, removal and repair of existing lock as well as maintaining locks for ongoing use. This training is intense and you will be learning, practicing, fitting locks right from the start and throughout the four days. The Raynor Massage is a therapeutic technique developed by Brandon Raynor, an Australian trained Naturopath. Some of the techniques used in Raynor Massage originated from Eastern practices of massage, such as Shiatsu, Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, and Yoga breathing techniques. Raynor Massage is a unique method of massage specifically focusing on finding and eliminating residual tension being held in the body. Brandon Raynor developed the technique based on over twenty years practicing massage and studying many different techniques used throughout the world. He has developed a method of teaching massage that enables students to learn quickly, focusing on the goal, which is always finding and totally releasing all residual tension located throughout the body. Underlying these physical manifestations of the bands are subtle energy systems similar to Sen lines in Thai Massage, Meridians in Chinese Medicine, or Nadis in Ayurvedic Massage. Knowledge and techniques gleaned from these ancient modalities were then combined and evolved to form the Raynor Band Theory. While Raynor Massage Bands may overlap with some of these eastern practices, their distinguishing feature is they can be physically traced and seen within the body. Our bodies hang onto tension in our muscles for a variety of reasons; poor posture, stress from home or work, injuries, exercise and/or sports training, hunching over a computer and other things as well. This tension is held in our muscle tissue and eventually results in residual muscle tension and pain. Raynor Massage is not anything like an ordinary massage, although it does involve certain adjustments, stretches and techniques that have been developed over the years. Residual tension is something that exists in someone’s body even when their body is at rest, like when they are lying on the massage table. If the client has an area where there is muscle tightness when they are not even using that muscle, this is residual tension. The goal of Raynor Massage is to completely rid the body of this. The definition of “relax” is to “return to a state of looseness”. “Re” is defined “to bring back” and “lax” means “loose”. Thus, Raynor Massage is a modality of deep and relaxing massage. Another vital aspect of Raynor Massage is accepting that residual tension can be caused by emotional, mental or stress related issues. The fundamental philosophy of Raynor Massage is based on the theory of Eastern Medicine. The physical tension in the body is the culmination of various energies, emotions and of a life force, which is called chi or prana. If there is a disruption or blockage, which impedes the flow of chi or prana, the result will be an area of muscle tightness, and the bones in the skeletal structure may be forced out of alignment.
