The Online Mental Health First Aid course is a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor-led live sessions, hosted on a new Online Learning Hub. As a training course, Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. The organisation's courses and resources also promote self-care as a vital way for people to help protect their mental health and prevent issues from getting worse. As with all our courses at Mindmaps Wellbeing, your course will be delivered by a Registered Mental Health Nurse, MHFA England Instructor and Open University Associate Lecturer and Practice Tutor experienced in remote teaching. Our live online learning will also include an assistant who is a MHFAider. Our fee is £300pp Groups of 5+ contact info@mindmapswellbeing.com for reduced group fees. Live instructor led sessions; 10:00 – 12:30 & 14:30 – 17:00 both days Individual learning modules around these times. What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our four-week, live online workshop series, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice a new tool designed to fit seamlessly into your life (just a few minutes a day, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, and introduce the next tool.  
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.
