Our mission is to help children, young people and adults harmed by abuse and emotional trauma and to prevent abuse from occurring. We are proud to be a member of the Survivors Trust and are the only all-age service in Cornwall. Our children's service is both registered and accredited by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Our counselling services work to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

olihull Stagecoach opened in 1997 and many of our students have gone on to achieve great opportunities in TV, film and professional touring productions such as Les Mis, Matilda, Scrooge and many more. We pride ourselves on offering a safe environment where children can receive quality training in the performing arts. We welcome children with no previous experience and all we ask is that they are enthusiastic and keen to learn. Students participate in all three performing arts disciplines: drama classes, dance classes and singing classes - helping to develop confidence, physical awareness, communication and articulation - as well as being educational and fun. We offer examinations with Trinity College London, London College of Music and LAMDA. We operate from Tudor Grange school and our classes run for 3 hours 6-16 yrs or 90 mins 4-6 yrs and 45 mins 2-4 yrs during the school term. WALLANDS COMMUNITY PRIMARY AND NURSERY SCHOOL I would like to welcome all of our children and families to Wallands Community Primary and Nursery School. We have around 255 children on roll, with eleven classes, including a Nursery and a specialist facility for children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Autism Spectrum Condition. We have a clear vision for our school which unites children, staff, families and governors and shares a determination that all children will achieve the very best that they can through high quality teaching and learning in our welcoming, and inclusive community. Following our recent inspection from Ofsted in September 2022, our report states, ‘the collective approach for everyone to be ‘ready, respectful and safe’ means that this is a great place to learn.’ We are determined that all children will achieve their full potential, and we challenge them to be independent, active and reflective lifelong learners. Ofsted stated that: ‘All pupils can learn alongside their peers in this school, and staff are well trained to adapt learning to make sure this is effective. Leaders have worked together to put robust systems in place to identify pupils who need additional help. Leaders make sure that pupils get the right support and that it makes a difference.’

opus - an organisation for promoting understanding of society

It was founded by Sir Charles Goodeve in 1975 with the object of promoting understanding of society and of organisations within society. He believed that, if we were better able to understand the processes operating in industry and society – particularly those causing conflict – then our decisions could become more rational, we would become more effective managers of ourselves and others and we would be able to act with greater authority and responsibility as citizens. In establishing OPUS as a non-political organisation with charitable status, Sir Charles was supported and encouraged by The Tavistock Institute and the Industrial Society. Its study and promotion of a better understanding of society – how it works and how the individual relates to it – was recognised as a distinctive field that was not addressed by other bodies. OPUS aims to develop a deeper understanding of conscious and unconscious organisational and social dynamics; and to promote reflective citizenship – using this understanding to act authoritatively and responsibly as members of society and organisations within society. OPUS pursues this aim through a combination of education and training, academic research and publication and organisational consultancy and coaching, and by external communication of our findings to a wider audience. OPUS also maintains links with organisations both nationally and internationally with similar aims.
