''Care for young people's future CIC'', it's a Centre of Alternative Education and Reintegration for young people and families. Our mission and vision is: To support ,mentor and empower the young people from the Roma community and any other disadvantaged background : such as EAL, BAMER, SEN . To prioritise Looked after children and children with special needs without a diagnose by reconnecting them with their culture, heritage or community. To raise young people's aspirations and support them in achieving their best in life. To raise awareness of the Roma cultural background by working in partnership with all relevant services and public bodies. Covid -19 response Please note that due to COVID-19, our consultants have taken the difficult decision to suspend all face-to-face group and individual activities and services in response to Covid-19. This is to protect the most vulnerable members of the community and safeguard the health and wellbeing of everyone. We are starting face to face sessions in small groups and one to one for the most vulnerable young people. Our team have put in place alternative services where possible, e.g. telephone appointments, zoom sessions in Romanes and English. We are still doing outreach and provide educational activities to the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people . CYPF are also supporting the Healthy Holidays and volunteered to provide activities and food during this time. “An integral process of how we move and breathe to connect to our life authentically. “ Kristel founded Yoga Horizons in 2010. She built three classes of 6 committed yoga students that stood standing for three years, all in different locations, one studio at her own home in Westfield, Hastings. After 10 years of specializing in 1-1 classes both therapeutically and as tailored yoga sessions for entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, sports, music courses and Cooperate Clients such as SAP and Lego, Kristel moved to develop her skills and become apart of the Occupational Team at The Huntercombe Hospital, Roehampton. In 2018, She was invited by the Director to write a program for yoga on Mental Health and Wellbeing, having become a popular Teacher and Facilitator for both Doctors, Psychologists and Patients. Lack of resources from public and private funding meant that the project reached proposal level. Kristel continued training, most recently before lockdown expanding into Yoga is nurseries and schools. With the lift of lockdown Kristel began outreach Therapy using yoga and wellbeing tools developed through movement and Therapy training to enhance the lives of children under 18 suffering with Autism, Learning disabilities and epilepsy. Kristel works outreach to Guildford, Surrey and Surrounding areas. In Sport, Kristel has been invited to be a visiting teacher at the Halerquins Women’s Rugby league team, bringing her practise to English National and International Women’s Sport as well as supporting the Young Mascots on Pitch side to Chelsea FC with their warm up to accompany the footballers onto the pitch. « I am delighted to be apart of Women’s International Sport and share in their Yoga Journey » Kristel Seidler Kristel continues to support Women’s sport at Chelsea FC in the Womens League.

Like many people, I was driven from a young age by a need for success, approval and security. It’s one of the reasons that I went to Cambridge to study natural sciences. My career in law was another way to achieve these aspirations. My law career was successful. I enjoyed it, for a time. I became an equity partner and the head of intellectual property and technology. I was on the board of a global top 20 law firm in London. It took me falling ill with heart disease at 37 to realise that I wasn’t working towards my true purpose. My illness was shocking. How could I, an athletic young woman, get this disease more common in older men? It made me question my identity. I began a process of training, self-discovery and learning that took me all over the world. I learned from some of the greatest teachers in coaching and self-transformation today. I realised that my thought processes and my attitude to work were not healthy. There were also many aspects of my work environment that were toxic for me. I couldn’t continue living a life that I didn’t believe in. It was time to make a significant change. I created Rachel Boothroyd Training and Coaching because I wanted to help people and businesses flourish in a sustainable, healthy way. I wanted to provide experiential training, to create motivated and engaged people, who would go on to achieve greater things for themselves and the businesses they worked for. Who could do this in a sustainable way, in workplaces with healthy cultures, with open communication, purpose and, yes, even fun. I am a heart ambassador for the British Heart Foundation and speak at events and in the media to raise heart health awareness.

Alan presents at most of the major Educational Conferences in the UK and works extensively in schools in the UK and internationally, training teachers in Auditory and Sensory Processing, The Movement Program and The Listening Program. He is the co-developer of The Movement Program and TAVS (Test of Auditory and Visual Skills and is the author of "Beating Dyslexia A Natural Way" published in 1997. It is a huge pleasure and privilege to welcome you to West Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC). We are a community special school, under the organisation of Leeds City Council. We have 242 learners on roll. The SILC welcomes learners who are aged between 2-19 years with an EHCP which is generic in classification. I am extremely proud to lead a school that caters for a wide range of Special Educational Needs in a truly bespoke and individual manner. Our pupils have varying needs such as CMLN (Complex and Multiple Learning Needs), moderate or severe learning difficulties, social, emotional mental health needs (SEMH) or autism. Everything we do at West SILC is based around the individual and their needs, offering them specific environments at one of our 5 sites is key to being inclusive and individual. Our pupils grow in all aspects of their lives through their time spent with us and leave us as more confident, independent and happy young people ready to access the next stage of their lives. The relationships our staff have with our pupils and their families is at the core of all the work we do, we recognise that the work we do is not solely based in the classroom or at school and it is a lifelong learning journey we are support our young people on. The school has a governing body which supports and challenges the Principal to guide the future direction of the school. West SILC is a regional centre of excellence for the MOVE programme, which supports our learners with physical disabilities to develop functional skills for everyday life – sitting, standing and for some, even walking. Amplify is a training and development consultancy led by Tom Burke. Founded in 2003, amplify provides services primarily to the voluntary sector with a focus on children and youth issues both in the UK and in the Global South. Tom has an extensive history of personal, professional and voluntary work with children and young people and the wider voluntary sector. From a child involved in youth work and global child rights advocacy, he developed skills and experience as a practitioner and advocate. He can bring this mix of experiences into work as a trainer, writer and consultant. Most recently, Tom was Deputy Chief Executive at Y Care International, the international development agency of the YMCA movement. He led their International Citizen Service youth volunteering programme, safeguarding & security, global youth work, policy & advocacy and financial management. Working part-time this was balanced with a range of freelance projects. Previously, Tom grew up in the youth and child rights movement. As a young activist, he was a member of the steering group of the Child Rights Caucus at the UN Special Session on Children and director of social enterprise ‘Young People Change the World’. He was engaged in local youth participation initiatives creating platforms for young people to be heard or to access services, including in sexual health and children in care. Tom was Chair of Trustees of youth-focussed international development charity Peace Child International. He was previously Senior Policy and Change Officer at the Children’s Rights Alliance for England, where he specialised in children’s participation rights, undertaking policy analysis, Parliamentary lobbying and campaigning for change. Over the past 15 years, he has undertaken consultancy for a range of clients on projects ranging from safeguarding, inclusion, evaluation and research projects, training and direct delivery.

Hi, I'm Loren Snow: an autism trainer based in Bristol. I’ve spent the past decade studying mental health, psychology, relationships, identity, and just about anything to do with why we humans think and act the way we do. I believe that we're all human, and make mistakes, fumble, fall, laugh, love - and despite our differences, we all share this same connection. I'm a strong believer in having the courage to be open and honest and that our truth and vulnerability can be powerful forces in showing us how connected we really are. In my early-twenties I was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and OCD. For me, these were revelations, and all the strange ways I behaved started to make sense. But why in my twenties... surely someone should have noticed or said something?!? As I came to learn more about autism I soon realised that my experience was all too common. The reality is there are many complicated things around autism, such as echolalia, alexithymia, and proprioception; there are many misconceptions in the media, such as autistic people lacking empathy; and there are many mis/un-diagnosed autistic adults out there like I used to be. This made me decide that I should explain these things so others wouldn't have to struggle as I did. I've spoken on podcasts, radio, to large and small crowds. My YouTube videos have been watched by tens of thousands! I've taught thousands of parents of autistic and ADHD children and teach regular courses to parents and autistic people. I see many businesses confused about how to help, parents lost on what to believe, and autistic people struggling to understand themselves. So what better place to learn about autism than directly from an autistic person like myself!
