5 Week course using drawing as a process to play with both traditional materials and textile processes, to develop playfulness and experimentation as a tool for design and art directions.

This course is aimed at those who would like to work as a learning support assistant in a school or further education setting. Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning will give you an understanding of the skills and knowledge needed to support learners in the classroom.

5 Week Qi-Gong Course For The Earth Phase of Late Summer  When: Tuesday Evenings 6pm (via Zoom) All classes are recorded so you can catch up in your own time Dates: August 27th, September 3rd, 10th (this class will be at 10am), 17th and 24th Price: £50 (concessions available please do get in touch) Suitable for everyone no matter your experience During this course we will use Qigong forms, meditations, and healing sounds, focusing on the Earth element and its relationship to our body. It guides us to feel grounded and connected to the world around us, letting go of our worries, so we can come into our calm and healthy balanced centre. Qigong teaches us to come back to our bodies, to come back home, to a place of belonging that is inside all of us, a place of stillness in our the centre.
