ARE YOU READY TO IMPROVE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH? This course will help you learn more about your pelvic floor health, the importance of your pelvic floor muscles and how to do pelvic floor exercises correctly on a 1 to 1 basis. There will be 4 sessions (1 a week) with me. This personal approach will give you the knowledge needed as well as functional ways to improve how you think and do exercises. The time has come to feel empowered and work towards regaining confidence in your pelvic floor was again!

Bamboo massage is a holistic treatment which uses a variety of differently sized bamboo canes to promote the circulation, enhancing the flow of oxygen and nutrients to assist with recovery and healing, and reducing pain. Himalayan Salt Stone Massage uses salt crystal stones to promote an increased sense of well-being and balance the central nervous system, through absorption of the minerals in the stones. This combined course is ideal for those who have completed a basic L3 massage course already, and want to develop their skills to offer a more spa based treatment which can work a little deeper into the tissues.
Throughout this workshop, you'll delve into strategies for promoting a healthy relationship with food, tailored to individuals across the spectrum of eating behaviors. Additionally, you'll learn the protocol for delivering the hypnotic gastric band, a powerful tool in managing weight and promoting healthier eating habits.
Hypnotic language patterns, for an effective consultation processes, you'll learn rapid transformation, behaviour change and state change techniques. You'll learn how to create sessions for audio, video and group therapy. You'll also learn the rapid phobia release and 3 step rewind. We also start to help you to create you own clinical practise.
During pregnancy, hypnotherapy fosters a calm mindset, eases discomfort, and aids in preparing for childbirth (hypnobirthing). By harnessing the power of the mind-body connection, hypnotherapy proves advantageous in alleviating challenges when birthing fostering overall women's health and empowerment.
