We have been fortunate to have the unique experience of producing the World’s largest non-tutored, online distance learning MBA program, and managing its content over 14 years of commercial growth and success. This program comprised 45 Master level (20 credit) modules; 20+ million words; 7000+ illustrations and videos; and 900+ individual course components; all capable of delivering 4000+ hours of interactive online study and assessment in four different languages. It was delivered on paper and online to a global audience of tens of thousands of students in 160+ countries. We’ve widened and deepened that experience by producing 30+ more online programs for 20+ education providing organisations over two decades. This has enabled us to refine and optimise what we do, and to productise and scale it for others to adopt and exploit for themselves. Epic efforts such as program building, require teams of digital publishing education specialists to continuously cherish and maintain the materials, and design and operate the various production and management processes that arise around them. MIT call such people Learning Engineers – creative professionals who help build bridges between fields of education and information technologies. They create new infrastructures to help teachers teach, and students learn. They are generalists in learning theory and technology competence, but can also be specialists in a given science or humanities discipline.

Chris has worked as an independent personal trainer for more than 8 years, offering face to face sessions, as well as online group fitness classes. Acclaimed for his ability for increasing fitness, strength, definition and maneuverability, no matter where you are with your fitness journey. Chris trained as a professional dancer, giving him a great understanding of core technique and a unique technical understanding of the body. Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2006, Chris has worked for some of the largest Gym groups including Virgin Active, Reebok Gym and the prestigious American fitness company Equinox. Chris is able to put each client at ease, whilst also bringing a great sense of motivation, and energy. Every session is tailored to you, and is relevant to your goals and lifestyle, even outside of the training session. Complimenting his fitness training, Chris also leads the Acrobatic Arts course at the award winning dance school Teddington Dance Studio. Chris has also featured in numerous global commercial and fitness campaigns for the likes of Mens Health, Fitness First, Sports Direct, Virgin Active, Maxi Nutrition, GQ British and Jaguar. Outside of work Chris is an active tennis player, mountain biker and snowboarder.

The Survey Association, known generally as TSA, is the trade body for commercial survey companies in the UK. The association was formed in 1979 to give a focus for private sector businesses in land and hydrographic survey. It is important to realise, however, that it is not a regulatory body. The role of TSA is to promote best practice amongst its members, provide a forum for members for discussion, debate and continuing professional development and, to the wider audience such as engineers and architects, provide guidance on new methods and techniques and a list of suitably qualified and experienced companies. Today, the association has over 200 companies in membership as full, associate, supplier, affiliate or academic members directly involved in the geospatial profession. TSA is also involved in lobbying Government departments when appropriate and other agencies such as the Environment Agency regarding policies likely to affect or involve the survey profession. TSA meets regularly with RICS and CICES on a range of issues and has established a group called the SLG, or Survey Liaison Group. This body convenes at regular intervals to examine matters of mutual interest and to ensure that there is little or no duplication of effort by the three bodies. Representatives from the Geospatial Commission also regularly join SLG meetings. His philosophy for the studio is to provide fun and affordable fitness for the community, so that even if you've lost your job or eaten a little too much Deliveroo this month, you can still squeeze a workout into the budget without breaking the bank! After years working in commercial central London gyms, Sapan wanted to create the anti-gym; a fun and friendly space, full of laughs and good times, that anyone and everyone would feel welcome in- less machines, less mirrors. We pride ourselves on leaving our fitfam with a warm and fuzzy feeling after class, and super sore muscles the next day! We love developing new and exciting classes and innovations that are unique to the studio e.g. Booty Camp, YogaHIIT, Lovercise and HulaFit. We are big believers in body-weight based exercises and work hard to encourage originality and creativity amongst our instructors within that framework.

He works with an extraordinary network of facilitators, including, artists, graphic illustrators, foreign language speakers and learning and development specialists with a diverse range of expertise and qualifications. Since 1818 a small Schoolhouse nestled under the gaze of the clock tower in the heart of the picturesque village of Enniskerry in Ireland’s ‘garden county’ Wicklow. This was a school for children, a house of learning where young minds explored, examined and recited the rhymes and reasons of the unfolding world. Schoolhouse for Art is in essence a facility for the study and exploration of the visual arts. Located in ‘the old schoolhouse’ in the heart of Enniskerry village it is an exhibition space and a meeting place where images and ideas mingle. It caters for all ages and all abilities. The former school playground is a natural arena facing the clock tower, a three-dimensional canvas to display an evolving gallery of large pieces of sculpture. The ‘Schoolhouse for Art’ is also a host to visiting artists from across the globe who want to paint the surrounding inspiring countryside and experience the unparalleled Irish hospitality.

We aim to become a key hub for emerging fiction filmmaking talent in Scotland, supporting writers, directors and producers to develop creatively and professionally, and stimulating the creative and commercial success of Scotland’s film sector. Short Circuit has an international outlook, helping Scotland-based filmmakers navigate the hugely exciting opportunities of the short film and first feature world. Sharp Shorts Our short film scheme – Sharp Shorts – invites teams, writers and writer/directors to submit their short film ideas, and also encourages directors and producers to submit a note of interest to take part. This year, up to 12 projects will be selected to take part in a 3-month development phase. After pitching for a production award in September 2022, up to 9 projects will be selected to receive up to £15,000 of funding. Applications for Sharp Shorts 2022 are now closed. Further information is published here. First Features First Features supports projects from initial idea to fully polished draft. There will be two levels of awards, distinguished between early development (to treatment or first draft) and further development (second draft and beyond). You will be able to apply via the online application form for support at either level. The scheme is for writing, writing/directing and producing talent from all across Scotland who have bold and compelling fiction projects with theatrical ambition and the potential to resonate with audiences globally.
