I have taken some of my successful face to face sessions and turned them into successful online programs. The only equipment you need is smart phone, a tablet or laptop. There is something for people who just want to get going with minimal support, or we can work together to create something completely personal to you that gives you as much support and accountability as you want. All my online programs include nutrition and habit coaching and are fully achievable to complete at home. You can log in via my app, follow the routine and log your activity. Depending on the program you choose, I will then review your activity and help you along the way. I also do LIVE sessions you can join in with. FACE TO FACE Training With the face to face training, you’ll need to live in Shrewsbury, Oswestry or the Surrounding villages. I have a totally private gym area at home, so if you’re uncomfortable with the mainstream gym or struggle to find the time to go, this is a perfect option for you. Together we will create a plan that works towards your goals. We will also have a good chat and a laugh as we go. You’ll get access to the fitness app, a private Facebook group and LIVE online sessions. NUTRITION COACHING I have various levels of nutrition coaching options which can be as basic or as in-depth as you need them to be. We’ll work together with the support of a nutriton app, making it easy to do on the go. Depending on the level you choose, you’ll either get hints and tips along the way or a full ‘hold your hand’ service that includes video and phone support if needed. What’s Next? Personal Journey I was overworked and exhausted My journey to helping with your Burnout symptoms started back in 2015 when I was overworked and exhausted. I was experiencing high levels of stress at work and it was then I realised I needed to change my lifestyle if I were to bounce back from the darkness. So I decided to retrain as a Holistic Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor as part of my self-healing process. As a result, I found my true passion. In that very moment of changing my stars, I realised that I am here to help others get become healthier and achieve balance in a chaotic world. Since 2015 I have trained in a variety of mental and physical health qualifications and have grown both professionally and personally in order to support others who are experiencing stress and burnout, often paired with chronic pain. I had a gift In 2017, I attended a detox retreat in Thailand for 2 weeks. It changed my life incredibly, I came back feeling like a million dollars, not only physically but mentally too. I’d learned so much and been boosted by the fact that the owner felt that I had a gift and should really consider using it to benefit others in similar situations. A week after returning home, I left my full-time, secure job and put my faith in the Universe and myself. That’s when I started my own well-being business. I was so blessed as it just went from strength to strength, I worked with clients in their own homes, won a contract with Bupa to work in one of their largest care homes, and was hired for corporate wellbeing dates and to hold talks in schools. Above all I feel empowered by my passion for well-being and reaching out to others to offer support and coaching at our most vulnerable time, is something I take very seriously.

Just Space is an informal alliance of around 80 community groups, campaigns and concerned independent organisations which was formed to act as a voice for Londoners at grass-roots level during the formulation of London’s major planning strategy, particularly the London Plan. Everyone is affected by planning but the planning process is technical and often daunting for the majority of people, even though the issues themselves are readily understood: housing, green space, jobs, transport, pollution, and so on. The aim of Just Space is to improve public participation in planning, to ensure that policy is fairer towards communities – in a system dominated by the interests of developers. The Just Space Network brings together a wide range of groups, some with a London-wide remit (such as the London Tenants Federation, the London Forum of Civic and Amenity Societies, Friends of the Earth), others locally based community groups (such as Latin Elephant and Ward’s Corner Community Coalition). The Network also has links with some of the Universities in London (e.g. UCL, CASS and LSE) whose staff and students provide research that the network presents alongside their own grass roots evidence at London Plan hearings or in other contexts. We work by supporting our member groups and spreading information further afield. Groups collaborate and coordinate in making representations to planning authorities, share learning, research and experience through workshops and publications. As a result of this engagement people have come to understand how political these planning documents are and how much they influence many of the key issues that groups are focused on such as health inequalities, targets for relevant housing, progress on environmental issues and pitches for gypsies and travellers. Members of Just Space continue to monitor and expose contradictions in the London Plan, and other planning policy. Just Space is developing further work with communities, including people who have not been much engaged before. The Malham Smithy is the workshop of female blacksmith Annabelle Bradley, where she runs blacksmith experience days and designs and hand forges sculptural and functional wrought ironwork. Annabelle uses traditional blacksmithing techniques combined with contemporary design in producing decorative items for the home and garden. The Malham Smithy is situated in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales village of Malham and has a gallery area displaying wrought ironwork as well as a viewing area to be able to watch Annabelle at work on the traditional coke forge, if you are looking for things to do in Malham or the Yorkshire Dales, come and visit the historic Malham Smithy, suitable leisure entertainment for families, old and young. A small selection of hand forged items such as candle sconces, companion sets and hooks etc. are available to purchase from the gallery, you can also take the opportunity to discuss commissions for bespoke designs, or book a session to forge your own piece of hand crafted art. The Malham Smithy was bequeathed to the Parish Church by Artist Blacksmith Bill Wild in the early 1980's, and has ever since been leased out by the Church as a traditional blacksmiths workshop. In February 2007, Annabelle Bradley was given the opportunity to work from the Malham Smithy and continues to this day keeping this beautiful Yorkshire Dales village heritage alive.
