MOVEMENT DIFFERENCES

Inclusion Facilitation (IF) is an approach to enhancing the inclusion, in a mainstream community of any child or young person who is experiencing difficulties in the world because of disability, personal crisis or because of their challenging behaviour towards others. The IF approach works by mobilising the young person&rsquo;s natural supports to provide support and engage with the person in difficulty. Inclusion Facilitation is designed to create a better life for an individual by the provision of an intense input designed to being about social change. This usually entails a series of visits focused on getting the person out and about to increase confidence, social skills and presence in their local community and to pursue goals and dreams. A large graphic will be one of the outcomes of the meetings this is a great visual record and a shared memory of the event. This will also inform the priorities for the inclusion facilitation work Optionally following the <a href="https://inclusive-solutions.com/product/path-process-step-by-step-guide/" style="color: rgb(71, 199, 245); text-decoration: none; transition: color 0.1s ease-in-out;">PATH</a> event a &lsquo;scoping report&rsquo; is created outlining what Inclusion Facilitation could offer and highlighting what dreams and goals the individual has. The <a href="https://inclusive-solutions.com/product/path-process-step-by-step-guide/" style="color: rgb(71, 199, 245); text-decoration: none; transition: color 0.1s ease-in-out;">PATH</a> is also provides a good opportunity for the Facilitator to meet the focus person in a comfortable positive environment. 12 weekly visits from the Inclusion Facilitator followed by 5 monthly visits is our preferred model but we can be flexible with the delivery of this input. This is just a guideline, however we have received good results using this time frame. After this intensive input the Inclusion Facilitator will hand over to the existing family, carers and PA team to carry on where he or she has left off. This transition time is planned from the outset. Guided Learning &amp; Community Support for 12 Weeks Learn how to design and customize a perfect fitting sweater using DK or 4ply/fingering weight yarn. From layout and shape to color placement and professional finishing, this 12-week course will guide you through every step with personalized assistance from expert crochet tutor, Merrian. You&#39;ll also be part of a small community of crochet students, all making the sweater together over the 12 weeks. Continued Access to Resources After the 12 weeks, you&#39;ll have lifetime access to all instructional videos and materials for continued learning or should you wish to make another sweater. This course is taught using a set of principles and methodologies developed by us to give participants a system they can always refer to any time they get stuck trying to interpret financial information.&nbsp;We have developed a 4-box model for teaching accounting which makes the process of breaking down any transaction natural for the nonaccountant. The system works without the need to learn any double-entry accounting, participants apply the system and instinctively know what to do.&nbsp;This is followed up with another 4-box model we developed to completely break down financial analysis and ratios into the most fundamental metrics required of every role in an organization. &nbsp;Our approach is to teach financial analysis by making each participant aware of how their role and actions directly impact the company&#39;s bottom line.&nbsp;Participants will also be able to interpret the financial statement in a natural way using a third model (the 5 Box Balance Sheet) to analyze business performance effectively.&nbsp;This instructor-led course includes:&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;2 weeks of self-paced essential learning content that you are to complete before the instructor-led live virtual sessions begin.&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;4 instructor-led virtual sessions of 2 hours each. Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy?
We can accept cancellations up until 48 hours before we begin. We regret, as we are a small CIC, that we cannot take cancellations via email but ask that you log into Eventbrite to cancel your ticket should it be necessary.
Do I need any special equipment?
No, you need something to take a photograph on, a valid email address and a strong internet connection so that we can communicate over zoom. You would benefit from downloading an app called www.padlet.com to your device but this is not essential. The extension project is entirely optional.
What happens after the week long project is finished?
You will be invited into a community project or if you live in North Yorkshire you might like to book a 1:1 session with me. Personalised sessions start at £49:99 per person.
Do I have to be a photographer?
Absolutely not, we assume no prior experience of photography.
Is this like therapy?
We are not therapists but the process has a gentle and calming effect upon your wellbeing. We will be engaging in simple tasks to encourage mindfulness. We do ask that you are well and happy to engage in a small group session online. We embody respect in our work and we ask that you do the same.
Will you be using my images?
We never share your images unless you specifically ask for us to. Your image and copyright remains your own.
Can I share your lesson content?

The forum aims to connect people, share experiences, and promote best practices. We look forward to a successful first meeting.

On this 8-week mindfulness course, you will learn what mindfulness is, how to reduce stress in your life, understand your unhelpful thinking patterns and develop your own personal mindfulness practice with expert guidance.&nbsp;Having a regular mindfulness practice can:&nbsp;<ul data-rte-list="default" style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Help with depression</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Soothe anxiety</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Calm stress</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Improve sleep, focus and creativity</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Help chronic pain</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Improve relationships</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Helps to bring balance and stability to day-to-day life</li></ul>This course is delivered by a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher, Evan Curwen.You will receive:&nbsp;<ul data-rte-list="default" style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">16 hours of expert tuition and guidance during the live and interactive classes</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">A detailed handbook to support your learning and journal your progress</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Free audio recordings of the practices each week to support your home learning</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Access to an online Facebook community group</li></ul>What happens in the sessions?&nbsp;The sessions are consistent, we start with a short meditation to ground ourselves and settle into the class together. We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. The mindfulness practices include guided meditations and some gentle movement.&nbsp;What is home practice?&nbsp;Each week we learn a new practice together during the session and participants are given an audio recording of that practice to complete at home. This is because it takes 8 weeks of consistent practice for the benefits of mindfulness to take place. To really get the most out of this course, participants are advised to make space for home practice. (20 - 40 minutes a day)&nbsp;&nbsp;Please note that although mindfulness is therapeutic in nature, it is not therapy and should not be used as a replacement for professional therapy or medication. A pre-assessment is required for all participants to ensure your safety and suitability for the course. We aim to be inclusive to all and may need to discuss your mental health and well-being before being accepted. Your information will only be viewed by the facilitator and will be kept confidential.&nbsp;
