Zenna was founded in 2016 by Verity Woodgate to provide businesses with wellbeing programmes, supporting employees to maintain positive mental health and aid in reducing levels of stress and anxiety in the workplace. Having undertaken a BSc Psychology degree, understanding the nature of psychological wellness together with how to prevent distress through providing insight and coping strategies has always been a top priority for me. I have used mindfulness personally to combat the pressures and demands of City life whist working for London Probation and as such am a passionate advocate of the benefits these techniques provide. I have also studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of the Highlands and Islands and am qualified in Mental Health First Aid. As well as guiding individuals to a calmer, more organised mind-set, I also focus on improving overall health through teaching the importance of exercise, diet and nutrition. This is a great way to help staff members stay motivated and actively engaged with their mental and physical health. Zenna is fully insured by BGI Insurance.
