We recruit and train a number of specialist staff dedicated to Manned Guarding. Our guard force are all fully vetted and SIA licensed and undergo full “due diligence” during the recruitment phase. Once selected; they then face a two part training package at our training facilities before being allowed to be inducted on site. All of our guard force is monitored for expiry of all relevant licenses and problems are highlighted and addressed before they come to light, ensuring that, at no time, do we employ guards without the correct documentation.
