Being surrounded by constant dieting, I started to feel uncomfortable in my body
- I was never overweight just that awkward phase of growing into your body and
your body changing! At the age of 15 I purchased raspberry ketones in a hope
they would help me lose weight and started drinking green tea (which I hated) to
speed up my metabolism! I joined a gym to change how I looked and felt - but I
didn’t really know where to start… I bought a cheap guide from an influencer and
go to work – only started with a mat and set of light dumbbells – hiding away in
the corner of the gym. I cut out sweets, chocolate - anything food that in our
mind was a ‘bad’ food and would keep us losing weight.
