aims4change ltd was formed by Jacqui and Tony Perks to provide a range of
programme and project management training and consultancy services to clients in
both the private and public sectors on an international basis. We have a strong
track record, established over more than 25 years of working in this field, and
have brought this experience into aims4change to specialise in all aspects of
Programme, Project and Change Management, providing a range of tailored services
that assist clients to realise, maximise and sustain business benefits from the
outcomes of change. Services are provided on a world-wide basis and include:
Accredited Training – for Programme Managers, Change Agents, Project Managers
and Programme and Project team members. We are an APMG Accredited Training
Organisation (ATO) for AgilePM® and Agile Business Consortium Scrum Master, and
accredited by PeopleCert for MSP®, PRINCE2® and PRINCE2Agile®. Our courses are
available as trainer led Virtual Online classes and also as Classroom courses,
part of our public schedule and can also be arranged on an in-house basis. We
achieve great examination results in these internationally recognised
qualifications and our delegates often comment on the enthusiastic and practical
