North East Grains is a large farmer owned cooperative based at Longhirst, Morpeth. North East Grains was founded in 1987 with a 10,000 tonnes capacity drying and storage facility and just 4 members. The farmer owned members cooperative was set up with the aim to benefit its membership with a collaborative approach through scale and providing a range of services. Since then, North East Grains has grown to one of the largest farming cooperatives in the North East with our original aim at the forefront of this growth. Today, North East Grains offers over 60,000 tonnes of grain drying and storage to its 80 plus members as well as a number of other beneficial services including:  Feed Milling and Production  Grain Marketing and value-added grain sales  Input purchasing and buying group  Fuels and energy supplier  Agri Waste collection site  Agronomy service and Farm Business Consultancy North East Grains has, and continues to developed the grain and feed facility and its services it offers. Most recently, we have invested over £2m in a state-of-the-art grain drying and cleaning plant increasing the site’s processing capacity to over 150 tonnes per hour alongside extending our grain storage capacity by 20,000 tonnes. We are investing heavily in our feed production facility to further improve the quality, consistency and traceability of our ever growing feed business. This will benefit our members by adding value to the marketable grain but also to local producers who rely on the feed we produce. In 2022 North East Grains received granting funding from the Rural Payment Agency – funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), which is part of the European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF). It wasn't just during the divorce that I needed a coach...I mean what did the life of a single lady look like? I had a toddler, a house, and a business and again I was lost, whilst stronger and more resilient than ever before I wanted a new chapter to start, and working with my Coach my life changed. I am an NLP practitioner, Reiki Master and have a diploma in counselling. From 2006 I grew a coaching and healing business based in Bristol and then decided to niche into Divorce Coaching as there wasn’t anything like that available in my area. And here I am. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions and workshops, and for clients who want it I provide a service that runs alongside with their solicitor so that they are focussed and ready when they arrive and can make clear and well informed decisions.

Hannah Jones established the swim school in 2011 after teaching at Esporta for several years and growing a loyal client base through achieving consistently fast improved swimming skills, after Esporta closed Hannah seized the opportunity to set up her own swimming business. We are based at Parkhall Business Village and operate from our own custom built swimming facility, we provide swimming lessons for both children and adults. We work with a variety of abilities varying from non-swimmers to competitive athletes, offering small group, private sessions and specific skill classes such as diving or life saving. Our goal at Hannah Jones Swim Academy is to provide effective teaching, designed to boost your child's water confidence, swimming knowledge, water safety and skills Our groups are arranged according to the swimmers' ability, the children are then assessed to achieve awards based around the Swim England framework. Bishopton Equestrian centre is a family run yard on the Stockton, Darlington border in Bishopton village. We are a professional, family run livery yard and competition centre, housing 38 livery horses and running shows from Unaffiliated dressage, Showing, Clinics, Showjumping and more. The centre is owned and run by Katherine and Adam, who also run West House equestrian centre and West House Trailers 1 mile up the road. Katherine is a qualified BHSAI and competed for a number of years on 13.2hh – 14.2hh ponies in affiliated showjumping. Katherine competed horses at open level BSJA under training from top international showjumper Tim Stockdale. Katherine now travels up and down the country and to Ireland with her 16 year old daughter Emilie, who currently competes BS nationally on 148cm ponies And her 9 year old daughter Evie who jumps 138cm ponies. Katherine competed on BSJA ponies as a junior and since the age of 18, she is a qualified riding instructor (BHSAI) as well as selling horses/ponies and running her livery yard and trailer business. Katherine has turned her attention more towards teaching, training and her livery clients, rather than selling the ponies. Katherine and her staff run a super-efficient yard, concentrating on caring for showjumping ponies, livery horses, schooling ponies and many more. Katherine and Adam have a dedicated team of staff, which in order to keep their yard to the highest of standards. Adam also runs his own business… West House Contactors and is an experience machine driver who specialises in both agricultural and equestrian services.
