At Life Saving Training we’re passionate about empowering people to save lives through our well designed, environment specific First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care training. We consistently receive feedback saying we’re not like other First Aid training providers. We're proud to offer a proven alternative to the ineffective, dull and downright outdated training that often exists in First Aid and Health and Safety training. At Life Saving Training we work hard to create resourceful First Aiders who have the confidence and skills to help in real life emergencies. We go beyond standard to embed the ‘why’ into our learners, creating First Aiders that can think on their feet and are focused on achieving positive casualty outcomes in the real world — not just a training room. We’re proud of our team. Our trainers aren’t simply ‘qualified’. They’re hand picked, one at a time from the best in the business. They all far surpass the minimum education and CPD standards required and have proven track records of being excellent communicators and trainers of their craft. Naturally, they have the necessary hands-on experience too. Becoming a trainer for Life Saving Training is no easy feat - but the difference to our clients is obvious. Employers need to ensure First Aid training providers are suitable. Because we’re approved to deliver a whole range of regulated qualifications, we are fully compliant and therefore you are not required to conduct HSE due diligence checks on us when booking regulated qualifications. For non regulated courses, we've given you a helping hand by completing the Due Diligence Checklist available to download. We recommend that you check the details and add anything you require

Wolfram Lohr, has been working with leather for over 20 years after initially learning shoe making with various shoe makers in Brighton. He branched out to create an accessories range of luxury handmade leather goods soon after seeing a need for good quality, long lasting and stylish products for his customers. The brand has grown from a one man band to a partnership between Wolfram and Sarah Gardner, together with their team, they run their successful business and leather making courses from their eclectic studio in Hove. Wolfram has also grown in the UK craft scene and has been exhibiting at fairs and trade shows for several years, travelling to the USA, Paris, Frankfurt and London. Wolfram draws creativity from bringing old and new together. He has a passion for traditional leather crafts and his own personal collection of vintage objects, from leather bags to hats and clothing, is a constant source of inspiration. He takes shapes from vintage products and adapts them into modern accessories, creating a balance between functionality and contemporary design. His current product range consists of strong belts, wallets, stylish handbags, beautiful rucksacks, messenger bags and desk items. All Wolfram Lohr products are handmade using high quality, traceable, Italian vegetable tanned leather and is created with a passion for quality and strength. They are made to last gaining more character as time goes on. Each product is also stamped and dated with an individual reference number, this highlights the artisan qualities and makes the product unique for each customer. We recognise the importance of slow fashion, sustainability and small batch production and we strive to bridge the gap between mass production and the craft person.

Ilford

Our workshops have served as intense social learning sessions and therapeutic retreats to adults, and our children’s workshops have helped children express themselves and make large strides in their artistic endeavours. As reflected in our principles, all our sessions are inclusive of people with special education needs (SEN) and learning difficulties. We have helped children with SEN develop their confidence and become more involved in art. Our approach to teaching and learning is focused on using art to build a creative local community founded on principles of inclusivity. We provide a platform to showcase the work of our creatives via our Group Exhibitions - we also host and take part in national events such as The Big Draw and Lumiere London - the UK’s biggest light festival - and in local events like the Fabula Festival. We run pop-ups, co-operate with businesses alongside our workshops, and collaborate with non-profit organisations in addition to organising after school clubs with local schools. For more information on our past projects please do have a look at our News page! If you’re a business, charity, school or organisation and are interested in reaching out we are always open to collaborations! Please go to our Contact page and get in touch so we can send you a proposal package and plan a workshop for you (or your organisation)! Getting the community involved in art is always important - which is why we offer creatives the opportunity to run workshops. We welcome everyone that wants to volunteer their time and help others flourish; and as Eliyah once said, “the most expensive thing is time”.

Ganesh learned to drive at the age of 19, passing his driving test on his first attempt. He distinctly remembers a compliment from his assessor that he was one of the safest drivers that he had seen. During his time in Germany, Ganesh also attained a European Driving License and garnered many praises for his driving talent from his instructor. In his early 20s, Ganesh steered his career trajectory towards corporate opportunities and worked his way up to several managerial positions. But one of Ganesh's keen interests has always been to establish his own business. Consequently, after establishing his family life, he channelled his passion for driving and teaching into his career and commenced his endeavour to become a driving instructor. At the beginning of his journey, Ganesh taught at a local driving school for five years, where he developed his expertise and expanded his clientele. The next phase of Ganesh's journey was to establish AAA STAR Driving School, with the support of his spouse and three children (the namesake of the company).
