Our Workshop 1/2 Hour 1 Hour Full Service Full Strip & Service MTB Full Strip & Shocks/Seatpost eBikes Our Workshop operates on a first come first served method, there is no need to book, unless you have a very specific time frame. When you drop your bike off, or it arrives from collection, we will give you an estimated turnaround time. Most of the time it is 2-3 days, it might be 7 days if we are very busy, usually May to July. If there are delays in part availability we will let you know. All our mechanics are fully trained, have excellent eye for detail and take pride in their work. We are professionals and strive for excellence in our trade. The workshop is fully equipped including electric hoists and top quality tooling from Wera, Knipex and Park Tools, and we have a dedicated suspension servicing suite complete with nitrogen charging facilities.

Eye

East of England Training are located between Stowmarket and Diss and deliver HSE-compliant courses such as First Aid, Health & Safety and Food Safety throughout East Anglia, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire as well as further afield. Our clients include national and local business, schools and communities with courses being delivered both indoors and out in sometimes very remote environments. Following 25 years in the military police, Andy Davidson retrained as a compliance trainer and formed East of England Training to bring together all the courses that he offers. Andy loves working with people of all ages, experiences and backgrounds and gets a real buzz from their participation and enjoyment. Some of his groups have included: WI organisations, school staff, Forest School and Outdoor Learning practitioners, government organisations, charities, new parents and grandparents and children of school age. Every course is tailored to clients’ needs and all of the courses that you see on this website can be styled to suit your individual requirements. A large proportion of Andy’s time is spent writing and delivering bespoke courses for clients. You can see the range of courses currently offered, but this is growing and developing all the time. We sell sustainable, seasonal flowers and foliage, grown in the North of England in Co Durham. Sharing our love of flowers with florists, those of you with a passion for all things flowery, hosting workshops, supplying blooms for small intimate weddings and bouquets for that special occasion. As well as fresh flowers grown and picked in our cutting garden, we offer everlasting flowers and grasses, to buy per stem or as an arrangement. All of our eco-friendly bouquets are wrapped in tissue and paper and tied with vintage ribbon or raffia. Various colour mixes are available, all made with my flowers grown right here. Our workshops are held in our outbuildings and the garden on a lovely sunny day! On colder days we warm ourselves round the fire while creating beautiful wreaths and bouquets! Supporting small local business is what we are about, and we offer a venue for other creatives to run workshops for example, glass fusion and painting!
