Sam and Anne Horn have worked closely together in education and training for many years and decided to use their expertise, skills and knowledge to start Best for Training in 2017. Sam has many years experience working in the further education sector; leading on apprenticeship provision, vocational and professional qualifications for adults and study programmes for young people. As a former member of the senior leadership team of a college, she was instrumental in improving teaching, learning and assessment across the college. Sam led her team in gaining nationally recognised awards and ‘outstanding’ Ofsted grades and Awarding Organisation reports which recognised her approach to achieving the highest quality teaching and assessment.Anne is co owner and director of Best for Training.
