Most universities require international students to pay the full tuition fee on
the date of registration. In terms of the University Collaboration Network
(UCN), a few universities make provision for a monthly payment of tuition fees
by the collaborating business school when the student has been registered via
the UCN. As a member of the UCN EDUVISA is expected to guarantee and accommodate
payment of tuition fees to the relevant university which will administer the
payment process and issue proof of student registration. Students/sponsors
should budget for the full tuition amount at the outset of their studies.
Universities adjust their tuition fees, administrative arrangements, and payment
policies on a regular basis which may impact the registration process and
payment options available. Upon registration, the student receives a student
number, and student card and becomes a fully registered student at the relevant
university with the associated rights and privileges including the use of
facilities and support with Visa arrangements. Following successful
registration, EDUVISA will introduce the student to the Dean of the specific
Business/Commerce Faculty or Business School Director who will henceforth take
academic responsibility for the student.
