Human movement in general is a real interest of mine, so understanding movement patterns and how to make changes to a players motor programme are a challenge I really enjoy. OTHER INTERESTS I have always been a keen sportsman, so sadly all my other interests involve sport. I am a keen tennis player (which blends nicely with golf). I also have a passion for football, but I’m not going to bore people who I follow. I believe keeping in shape goes hand in hand with the sports I play, so I also enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis. FAVOURITE GOLF COURSE Difficult one as I have played all over the world. But for me it has to be a course close to home. Every time I go to Royal Birkdale, I know I’m playing a special golf course. A true test of golf from 1-18, there is no let up around this links. FAVOURITE GOLFER OF ALL TIME Tiger Woods, for obvious reasons. This man is the reason I play golf and also why the majority of the current top level players play golf. BEST SHOT YOU’VE EVER SEEN

With qualifications including MSc in S&C and British weightlifting level 1, my journey in fitness has not been via a so-called “normal” path. While I have always been involved in sport from a young age – being part of a football academy throughout my childhood and also playing semi-professional football as a teenager and into my adult years – it was a back injury that put me on the path I’m walking today. After various injections and finally a pretty big operation on my back, I found myself desperate to get back into shape. During this process I made the decision to quit my full time job as an admin assistant manager and study for my MSc in Strength and Conditioning – a decision which ultimately led me to where I am today. Many people will call me a personal trainer (PT) but I see myself more as a coach. I’m here to help coach people into making better lifestyle choices with regards to food, training and general lifestyle choices. I’m also here to educate my clients on how best to work out and explain the benefits all of these better choices make. Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be three killer workouts followed by chicken and broccoli every day. Nor is it my mission to push you so far in the gym that you’re throwing up. My job is to show you how you can enjoy your journey and more importantly sustain the changes you’ve made.

Inclusion Expert’s founder, Daniel Sobel, is an internationally respected leader in inclusive education and has advised the DfE, the EU and governments abroad. Daniel is a well-known speaker, writes regularly for publications including Headteacher Update and The Guardian, and is the author of several books including Narrowing the Attainment Gap. Daniel left school with no A Levels and read his first book aged 18. Gradually he fell in love with study and managed to secure a place on a Master’s course in Education Psychology. He went on to take four graduate courses in Psychology and Education, eventually running out of money in the middle of doctoral training. Daniel moved to full time teaching and quickly became a SENCO. Dismayed by how much of the job was pointless meetings and paperwork, he started designing tools to better support his students. During a stint as Assistant Head he continued to develop simple systems to help teachers manage information and maximise the impact of their interventions. Realising that many teachers were struggling with inclusion, that his ideas really worked, and that there was an opportunity to make a difference to children across the country, Daniel left teaching, somewhat hesitantly, to form Inclusion Expert. Over the last few years the company has grown rapidly to encompass a team of experienced practitioners who share Daniel’s vision that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential, regardless of needs, background or ability.

From those who are just starting out, to Goalkeepers that are playing Academy football at professional clubs. Based in Essex, weekly training sessions are on floodlit third generation (3G) artificial grass pitches across venues covering Shenfield / Brentwood / Billericay / Havering / Maldon / Romford and surrounding areas. Owner and Head Coach Dan is a passionate, enthusiastic and qualified Goalkeeping coach with experience coaching at grassroots and within a professional environment. He has held positions at Dagenham & Redbridge as Assistant Academy Goalkeeping Coach and currently West Ham United as their International Academy Goalkeeping Coach. He has experience coaching in the UK and the USA, having worked for numerous category 1 Academies stateside on their national camps in partnership with Global Image Sports.
