Russ began Career Guidance Charts back in 2009. Whilst working in careers education he began to visualise careers for students in mind map format in order to help further their aspirations and build on their occupational knowledge. It wasn't until 2013 that the business was born. Since then the career guidance charts have developed into full graphics and expanded to include a range of career and technical education areas. We are a small and unique company passionate about educating students through infographics. We.'ve expanded our range into well over 130 infographic products, and produce both digital products and roller banners as well as career posters in areas such as career and employability. We are always expanding our product range so please do look at our career poster selection to see the complete range. The Libra Partnership

the libra partnership

We challenge conventional boundaries and champion our clients’ capacity to lead successful and fulfilled lives. Our coaching and teaching takes a systemic approach. We recognise that behaviour is shaped by personal, family, professional, cultural and other values. These hidden loyalties inform perspective and impact performance. In this way individuals and teams are influenced by what is conscious and unconscious, what is known and unknown, what is felt and what is seen. Life does not recognise strict boundaries and divisions. Neither do we. The Libra Partnership honours the seen and the unseen dynamics that inform all facets of your life. We support you to find strength in and with them. We strive for your potential. When people first meet us, they ask: “How did you two meet?” The answer is simple. We met in a pub. In the fading light of a late summer’s day, a conversation started. Among some differences, some common interests revealed themselves. Most notable was an interest in personal development and the innumerable benefits this brought to the professional realm. As our discussions continued, we discovered that our differences and similarities when combined held the material to forge a healthy and productive working relationship. At that time, neither of us had any idea that this conversation would bring us to where we stand today. As our relationship grew, a theme continued to present itself: what is unique about our shared skills and vision? When the mind of a lawyer meets with the mindset of a coach, preconceived boundaries retreat. Limits on what is possible dissolve. Choices are significantly enhanced. We soon realised that we each had perspectives, experience and learning that conventions usually keep separate, and in combining them a wholly unique way of working would emerge from the parts. It was clear that this could create something purposeful to benefit others. Challenging conventional boundaries and combining differences revealed a rich and resourceful seam of learning and creativity. There is an apparent gap between creativity and logic; it does not have to be that way. There is an imaginary space between the past, the present and the future. The imagined space is a flaw in perception: we all know that our past and future reside in our present. There is an outmoded belief that our personal lives and professional lives are distinct from each other. Yet, we all remain at the centre of both. When we bridge these gaps, rattle our perceptions and challenge outmoded beliefs, new opportunities reveal themselves, often in surprising and exciting ways.
