If you've been trying to make your own bread, are having disasters or you haven't taken the plunge because you find yeast scary, this course will set you up for success.

A half day course dedicated to making great bread.  Not only for beginners, but also suitable for anyone who's having disasters and wants to discover why or for confident bread makers who want to learn more complicated bakes

Jenny will take you through the principles of bread making, explaining the ingredients, methods and techniques for great results. Helping you produce top quality beautiful bread that will have you bursting with pride and satisfaction!

Choose which 2 breads you would like to make:

White bloomer, Wholemeal Loaf, Granary Loaf, Rolls, Brioche, Fruit Bread, Selkirk Bannock, Cheese Bread, Olive Bread, Focaccia, Twister Bread, Panettone, Croissants, Stollen, Bagels, Baguettes.

Course times 10am to 2pm.
Price for 1 person £150 includes all ingredients, refreshments, light lunch & recipe sheets. All you have to bring are containers to take home what you've made.
