  • Great PT SESSIONS I enjoy my PT sessions with colin his sessions are always motivational, fun and challenging to say the least. Very impressed with his enthusiastic approach, made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Guided me threw each step, explained everything in finer detail. Would recommend for anyone looking to get into shape and looking to improve fitness.

  • My daughter has been training with Colin after an illness. She is not particularly sporty so this was an unknown leap for her. I cannot praise Colin highly enough. He is putting her through her paces but really motivating her and making her think in a holistic way about her health.
