IICCT Courses

The International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT) brings together experts and enthusiasts to learn more about chocolate and offers the world’s first accredited qualifications in Chocolate Tasting.

As an IICCT Teacher, Kathryn Laverack leads a teaching team to offer the Level 1 and Level 2 Chocolate Tasting Courses in Louth Lincolnshire. The Courses are examined and moderated by the Institute assessors to their standards as an accredited FDQ Learning Centre.
