Lovely club,so clean tidy and well run!! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food they served as well as the drinks Are well worth the money and we'd definitely go there again. Can't rate and praise this club enough.

I just cannot rate this place highly enough. Its the ONLY spa in the uk that is absolutely fabulous in every way- the location is central, the staff are respectful and pleasant, the fee is very reasonable for the pleasurable time you can spend there, the facilities are clean and wonderful, and the entire experience takes you back to the roman era ! I've been there recently, it was a very pleasant experience. The premises looked very clean and relaxing. Friendly and courteous staffs. Overall a 5 star experience. I would like to ask the management whether they would consider single entry all day and in the evening on Sunday, keeping couple entry only for Saturday evening? See you soon again.

My partner and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Sam and her exceptional team. We made wonderful new friend in such a special place. The spa has a relaxing and respectful atmosphere. The ethos is about safety but fun. We spent 5.5 hours at the spa, had a tasty lunch and met with non-judgemental, diverse and interesting people. We will be back to relish the beautiful waters. The 1 star is for the staff that were very friendly and helpful. However, the owner discriminated me and my wife and humiliated us in front of other guests as we were trying to find our way around from the lockers. She treated us as if we were criminals not knowing that SOME DISABILITIES ARE INVISIBLE. Helping first timers to go around the spa and the rules would have been greatly appreciated. The staff tried their best and they're brilliant, but the owner needs to learn manners
