Blitzfitme Suffolk

When I started here in January 2020 I was feeling very unfit and bloated, I'm not a person who normally enjoys exercise but I needed to do something! I was made to feel welcome right from the start by Paul and the rest of the group. I love that each session is different and the exercises can be adapted to the varying fitness levels of everyone there, it will never get too easy or boring. I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I genuinely can't wait to get back, thank you Paul.

Having joined blitzfitme 2 years ago I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. You will never get bored as not one of Paul's classes are ever the same. The support and encouragement makes training so much easier, and progression of any sort is definitely 100% guaranteed. My favourite session without a doubt is stretch and core, and for me personally this has so many benefits, particularly in my training for the London Marathon. I have been with Paul for longer than I can remember, which speaks for itself. Sessions are always great fun and full body workout and now in a lovely new venue.

The only fitness I've ever stuck to! I've lost lbs and more importantly inches (2 dress sizes) thanks to the excellent nutritional advice and exercise coaching I've received from Paul. The sessions are informal and very friendly. All fitness levels are catered for along with tailored training should you have any specific goals.
