I bought my first new bike with Bill Smith’s, really good experience from beginning to end. Not pushy salesman at all, allowed me all the time in the world. They were happy to let me test ride a bike for an hour first, which ultimately got them the sale. They always have a really good selection of bikes.

Nice place But ...ouch.. expensive even for a dealership ... you'd think it was owned By Harley Davidson.. good stock ..

Born again biker and my previous experience of Bill Smith's was in their place off London Road in Liverpool when the man himself stalked the showroom as king of all he surveyed. Slightly disconcerted by the sprockets and brake disks on display in lighted glass cabinets but the service department was efficiently managed and competitively priced compared to nearby Honda franchises and they looked after my bike well, so no complaints.

First time buyer with these guys. Nothing but amazing to deal with. Rang about viewing a bike same day. Shown around the bike. Deposit left next day. Bike ready within a week. Pick up was great. Final paperwork flew smoothly. Huge thanks to Dave and Kieran for the help with bike. Absolute made up and loving it!!!
