Your course will be bespoke designed to meet your business needs. You select the learning you need from our range of 20 half day modules and we provide the training. You can come to us, we can come to you or we can do it online. The choice is yours.

Our Engaging Leadership training has been mapped to Level 5. This means that all participants on our Institute Approved training will have access to student membership with The Institute of Leadership. Following completion of your course the Institute will provide external recognition of your learning. You will receive a Certificate of Achievement from us, plus automatic upgrade to professional membership for the remainder of your student membership term.
