Basildon Golf Club

Quite challenging. Well looked after. The greens are fairly quick. Fairways are kept nice and short. The clubhouse is also nice.

The food was very nice and you could tell that everything was freshly made. The staff was very friendly as well. I didn't go on the golf course as we were there for a wake after a funeral

Went to a wake held here. Great venue with good carparking. We had a separated off area from the reception which was perfect for the job. The food was lovely and the service excellent

18 hole 🕳 golf course and not the easiest course to attempt. I love the mixture of pat 3 to 5 range it offers. Is one if the best course played on. True green firway with bunkers. Three stars because of the fee they charge after 6:00pm as you can just about play only 4 holes before dark so why the £9 charge?

First time playing here and loved it. Quite a few blind shots, but trusting your GPS and/or the images on the tee boxes will keep you more or less on track. Quite a good mixture of different types of holes. Will definitely return.
