BAME Education was conceived from findings and philosophy that have been sidelined in the press and by government organisations." - Company Director A group of Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) professionals from across the children’s workforce - teachers, foster carers, counsellors, childminders, teaching assistants, educational psychologists, and parents - have noticed that in London’s neighbouring counties and beyond these groups of people are severely underrepresented in these fields at all levels, especially leadership level.
