Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of multifaceted studies, contributing his expertise to every stage of the upstream process. This encompasses early exploration and basin assessment, comprehensive reservoir characterization, strategic planning and execution of seismic and drilling operations, prospect generation, initial production efforts, sophisticated reservoir modeling, and the re-evaluation of aging hydrocarbon fields and basins. His specialized focus lies in carbonates and fractured reservoirs, where his profound knowledge has been honed. His impactful projects have spanned across four continents, encompassing a diverse range of tectonic settings and sedimentary basins. Additionally, his commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development is evident through his facilitation of more than 60 technical training courses. These courses have benefitted over 950 professionals, equipping them with the tools and methodologies necessary for effective characterization of carbonate and fractured reservoirs.
