* You will learn to prepare the paste and colour it using edible food colours.

* You will learn to use cutters and modelling tools.

*You will learn make modelling paste and small fun models and flowers to decorate your cakes and cupcakes with.

*You will be taught live by your tutor online with step- by -step demonstrations and clear explanations of the various stages.

* Learners will then carry the various tasks alongside the tutor who will be at hand for any questions that you may have.
