Taking Back the Controls of Your Life

If so, during this workshop, you will discover how to disengage your autopilot, to understand why we do what we do, gain clarity and a new perspective on what is happening in your life, plus explore the wonderful opportunities for positive change using NLP in order to take back the controls of your life.

The workshop will be led by Emma R McNally, NLP Trainer and will take you step by step through the NLP Communication Model to enable you to understand the internal processes that you unconsciously go through every moment of every day. She will give you relatable examples as to how you create your reality and then enable you to discover for yourself how you have choice and can make changes, should you wish to, to support different outcomes.

Emma will encourage questions throughout the session, so you will come away with answers, a new perspective on your life, relationships and choices about your future.
