Boxing Activator Course- FEMALE ONLY

Description

The Boxing Activator Course gives staff at schools, community groups and multi-sports providers the skills to introduce young people to the sport’s basics.

The five-hour course focuses on non-contact, recreational activities, and games, that act as a taster for boxing. This is the female only  participants course- We offer female only and male only courses. 

Learning the basics:

Participants will learn boxing techniques, pad work, session planning, warm-up games, and circuit games. This, alongside non-contact, competitive School Games Skill Cards, creates the foundation of the Activator Course.
